Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will go towards the cost of the appointment. Deposits are payable by email money transfer to alessandra.marlena@gmail.com
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit amount. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit amount will not be refunded. We understand that schedules change and ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
